Lisa
Practice Manager
Hi there! I’m Lisa, the Practice Manager here at the office. I get to wear a lot of hats, from operations and HR to maintenance and IT, which keeps my everyday life interesting. I’ve been in the orthodontic world since 2010, and there’s just something about the energy, teamwork, and patient transformations that keeps me hooked. I’m a strong believer in continuing education and am proud to be a Diplomate of AADOM and an active member of MODOL. These communities allow me to keep learning, growing, and connecting with other amazing dental professionals.
I’m a Nebraska native, born and raised in the Omaha area. Outside of the office, you’ll usually find me spending time with family and friends, watching a good scary movie, playing volleyball, or out on a bike ride.

Financial Coordinator
I am one of the financial coordinators at Chartrand Orthodontics. I have been a part of this amazing team since 1999. Along with my financial teammate, I spend my day checking insurance benefits, filing claims, and working with patients and parents on their financial questions and needs. A patient’s positive experience along their orthodontic journey is very important to us all. This is made possible through the insight and training that Dr. Chartrand has shared with each of us.
When not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband, two amazing daughters, and five wonderful grandchildren. Cooking has always been a huge passion of mine. If there’s a recipe, you can bet I will find a way to change it up and make it my own. Also, give me a fire pit in the backyard, friends and family, and I am in heaven!

Lead Front Office Coordinator
Hi, my name is Angie. I started working at Chartrand Orthodontics in 2017. Working here has been great. I love coming to work every day because everyone here works together as a team and we have fun at the same time. Dr. Chartrand is wonderful to work for and makes work enjoyable. It’s amazing to watch how the team cares for our patients and transforms their smiles.
I am married with 2 children and have a very small Yorkie named Ginger. I love doing interior decorating, spending time with my family, and anything crafty.

Financial Coordinator
Hi there, my name is Bre, I am one of the Financial Coordinators! My job is to assist our patients and guardians with the most accurate financial and insurance information. I take pride in my job and love to see families walk out of our office with beautiful smiles! When I'm not at the office I spend most of my time caring for my many animals and love being with my close friends and family.

Treatment Coordinator
Hello! My name is Tatenda, and I’m the Treatment Coordinator. In my role, I have the pleasure of connecting with new patients, guiding them through their treatment plans, and helping them navigate financial options. Alongside the amazing Chartrand Orthodontics team, I’m here to ensure every patient feels confident, comfortable, and well-informed as they begin or continue their orthodontic journey.
Originally from Zimbabwe, I’ve called the Omaha area home for over 10 years. Outside the office, I enjoy learning new languages, playing musical instruments, writing songs, and spending time outdoors.

Front Office Coordinator
Hi, my name is Kenzie. As a Front Desk Coordinator, I love being one of the two friendly faces that welcomes patients and creating a welcoming and organized environment for every patient. I’m passionate about creating a positive experience, staying organized, and supporting both our team and patients however I can.
When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, cheering on my favorite sports teams, and diving into a good book whenever I can.

Marketing Coordinator
Hi, I’m Emma! I’m the Marketing Coordinator, and I joined the team in January 2026. I graduated from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln with a degree in Business Administration and a minor in Marketing. I’m passionate about social media, content editing, and creative projects.
Outside of work, I enjoy working out, grabbing coffee, shopping, and planning my next trip. One of my favorite experiences was spending two months traveling across Europe with my twin sister!

Lead Orthodontic Assistant
Hi, I’m Hailey! I started my orthodontic career in 2020 after I graduated from the Iowa Western dental program.
I interned at Chartrand Orthodontics, and at the end of my internship, they hired me! I am so lucky to be a part of the Chartrand team! I have been interested in orthodontics ever since I had my braces when I was younger. I enjoy seeing the patients’ new smiles and their confidence grow after getting their braces off, as I did with my own.
Outside of the office, you can find me hanging out with friends and family. I also enjoy traveling, listening to music, going to concerts, and spending time with my dog Bruno!

Orthodontic Assistant
Hello! I’m Mayra, a friendly, orthodontic assistant! I grew up and graduated in my hometown Marshalltown, IA. I love spending quality time with my husband Cleivy, son Gael, and stepdaughter Sarabia! On days off, you’ll find me swimming, four-wheeling, and staying active. I also love relaxing with the family while catching up on the latest must-see movies!

Orthodontic Assistant
Hi, my name is Brooklyn! I joined Chartrand Orthodontics because I truly enjoy being part of a team that makes a positive impact on people’s smiles and confidence. I strive to make every patient feel comfortable, at ease, and well cared for and if you ever find yourself in my chair, I hope you’re ready to chat!
Outside of work, you can find me volunteering at my local animal shelter or spending time at home with my two pups. I also love going to concerts and enjoying the outdoors. I’m grateful to be part of a practice that values exceptional patient care and building lasting relationships.

Orthodontic Assistant
Hello! I’m Maria, an Orthodontic Assistant. I graduated from the Iowa Western Dental Assistant Program in 2025 and completed my clinical hours at Chartrand Orthodontics, where I was fortunate to be hired during my internship. I feel incredibly lucky to be part of such an amazing team and to help patients gain confidence in their smiles.
In my free time, you can find me spending time with my boyfriend, trying out new restaurants, working out, or watching my favorite comfort shows. I also love going to concerts and listening to all kinds of music and around the office, I’m known as the DJ!

Hi! I’m Caroline, and I’m excited to be part of the team at Chartrand Orthodontics. I had the opportunity to intern here, and I’m so grateful to now be working alongside such an amazing team. I love helping patients feel comfortable and confident throughout their smile journey.
Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time outdoors, reading a good book, and baking homemade treats. I’m also a huge animal lover and have four cats at home! In my free time, I love spending time with family and friends.
